I think this is definitely spoken in either Angola or Mozambique, I also hear the Portuguese influence but it sounds generally African to me. Reply
Definitely agree with the Portuguese loanwords and the African sound, but I’m leaning more towards something in Guinea-Bissau like Balanta. To me there don’t seem to be enough of the normal Bantu prefixes (kw- tsh- etc.). Reply

It sounds so very Portuguese that I wonder if it isn’t something spoken in Timor Leste.
