It’s religious text in what seems to me a be a Bantu language or at least a sub-Saharan one.
Concurring about a Bantu language. I think I recognize a couple Swahili words, though I’m sure it’s something less well-known than Swahili.
I concur that it’s a Christian text in a Niger-Congo (and probably Bantu) language. I think I hear two tones, but they’re not well differentiated. It doesn’t seem to have a step-down tone.
I agree with what has been said above and, in addition, think the speaker is mentioning the name of Jesus (Yesu). There also seems to be some Arabic influence in that language.
The mystery language is Rangi (Kilaangi), a Southern Bantoid language spoken in central Tanzania.
