Do you know or can you guess the language, and do you know where it’s spoken?

This is a real shot in the dark but I think it is from a Chukotko-Kamchatkan language from Siberia
or the very far east of Russia. Not sure why but the sounds remind me of things I have heard in some of those languages. Not gonna bet the rent on this one!
I feel that the mystery language’ record is Sakha / Yakut language which is spoken in Yakutia Republic, Russian Federation
Sounds Turkic to me. Maybe central Asia?
My instinct is Chukotko-Kamchatkan too (specifically Chukchi), or maybe Nivkh, since numbers in Nivkh were recently added, or another Paleo-Siberian family
I think it’s Turkish.
Yes,it’s Turkic Daniel . This language is Western Yugur spoken in China, in the province of Gansu.
The language is Western Yugur (yoɣïr lar), a Siberian Turkic language spoken in Sunan Yugur Autonomous County in Gansu province in the northwest of China.
