Obviously Spanish or something very closely related, but not sure which variety exactly. Andalusian? Ladino? Asturian? Reply
It’s very close to Spanish, the only difference I can notice with my basic Spanish is words ending in -u(s) instead of -o(s). Maybe Extremaduran? Reply
The answer is Leonese, a Romance language spoken in León, Zamora and Salamanca in Spain, and in neighbouring parts of Portugal. It is recognized in Spain as a dialect of Astur-Leonese or Asturian-Leonese. The recording comes from YouTube: Reply

Sounds like a slight case of Bable from Asturias.
