Something Malayo-Polinesian, but not sure what exactly.
The reduplication and limitation of codas to /n/ makes me agree that Austronesian is likely. There appears to be a bit larger consonant cluster than would be expected in the Polynesian branch.
The answer is Seediq, a Northern Formosan language spoken in central parts of Taiwan.
