Probably a biblical recording in a Semitic language, mybe Syriac?
Pronunciation of Eve as [‘jeva] probably shows into direction of Russian influence.
Perhaps Ossetian (Ironian)? The text may be from the 2011 translation of Bible. I cannot find this exact fragment, but it sounds somewhat similar.
With words ending with the nasal vowel -âo at the beginning of the recording my first mpression was that it could be some sort of corrupt Portuguese.
But, then hearing “adAm ama’ yEva” several times, obviously for “Adam and Eve”, I’m convinced now that it’s the language which has “ama'” for “and”. Too bad, I don’t know the name of that language. hehe..

There’s no nasal diphtong “ão” in the recording. I could only hear a regular “ao” diphtong at the beginning. This seems to be the Ossetian recording of the Bible from globalrecordings.net.
The answer is Ossetian (ирон ӕвзаг / дигорон ӕвзаг) a Northeastern Iranian language spoken in Ossetia in Georgia and the Russian Federation.
