The answer is Tulu (ತುಳು ಬಾಸೆ), a Southern Dravidian language spoken mainly in Karnataka and Kerala in India. The recording comes from the the GRN (Track 3)
Tamil, with official status in Tamil Nadu state in India, northern Sri Lanka, and Singapore?
I’m going for Tulu, a minority Dravidian language spoken in Karnataka and Kerala.
Definitely not Tamil. Like Elendil, I also think Tulu is a possibility.
I ‘m also voting for Tulu- certainly not Tamil
