I agree, I’m willing to go with the guess that it’s one of those minority languages in Myanmar (and possibly one of the Thai Hill Tribes languages).

Sounds like from Tibeto-Burman language family. I remember have heard Burmese in previous post here, so perhaps it’s Tibetan or dialects spoken in Tibet?

I have my doubts; it doesn’t sound like Tibetan to me. I think I’ll continue to stick with my previous guess.

The answer is Sedang, an Austro-Asiatic language spoken in eastern Laos and south central Vietnam.
