A Finn-Ugric tongue with strong Russian influence. It is likely Karelian.
I’m pretty sure it’s Karelian: it sounds like Finnish but it’s not, and I heard the words “Karjala”.
I agree with Aregnorti and Mut that its a finnic language with russian infuence, but I think it’s veps.

The answer is Karelian (Karjalan kieli), a Finno-Ugric language spoken mainly in the Russian Republic of Karelia, and also in Finland.
