I would agree with that ….. OR …… it can be …. some where in Greece?
the style of the buildings is oriental …. yet it has some …. European sense!

That’s Humilissima Civitas Valletta, otherwise known as Valletta, Malta.
English and (of course!) Maltese are spoken there.
