I could swear I heard the word “nunavu…” at around 16 seconds, so I’m going to guess it’s something Inuktut.
The language is Inuktitut (ᐃᓄᒃᑎᑐᑦ), an Eskimo-Aleut language spoken in northern Canada. The recording comes from YouTube.
