    1. Yes Hank, I agree. I might want to add that your points 1.) and 2.) are compatible with 3.)
      To me it also sounds very Turkic btw.
      Noticeable are the pharyngeal consonants, the Arabic ‘yumkin’ and what I think is ‘haeft’ as an Iranian loanword for ‘seven’ …
