Could be an Indo-Aryan language because of the general acoustic impression, the relative high frequency of the vowel /a/ and possibly the postposition ’ki’ I thought I heard at 00:09. Reply
I agree that it certainly sounds like an language from India. I also hear something that sounds Iranian. I find the acoustics make it hard to decide. Reply
The mystery language is Aheri Gondi (कोयम / गोंडी), a Dravidian language spoken mainly in the Indian states of Maharashtra and Telangana. Reply
