I’m also going to guess Erzya. The -ftom ending and a Russian accent made me think of either Erzya or Moksha, but I noticed there were not enough voiceless consonants for it to be the latter

Yes, it’s either Erzya or Moksha, I can’t tell the difference, but ‘shumbrat’ is a greeting.
I THINK I found this on line and it’s Erzya but not completely sure.
