Looked through the entire list of Bantu AND Bantoid languages. Closest I could come to is a guess of Bulu. Reply
Bulu features unmistakable nasal vowels but I am not sure if the language in the recording does. Reply

I think this is African but not Afro-Asiatic. Possibly Bantu.
