It sounds like Urdu or something closely related
Marathi or Konkani, it certainly sounds like languages heard around Goa tantalizing music in the backgound is to faint to help.
Something very closely related to Hindi/Urdu.
Initially I thought it might be something like Marathi or Gujarati. But the language sounds almost identical to standard Hindi/Urdu to my ear that I think it’s more likely to be a dialect of Hindi like Bhojpuri or Awadhi.
The answer is Gurgula, a Rajasthani language spoken in Pakistan.
