Judging from the accent, it must be one of those tonal African languages, but it also sounds a bit Asian.
It is a tonal language, but not one from Africa.
- The indigenous language of Taiwan, perhaps?? References to ‘Yeshua’ and the ‘Amen’ at the end point to the fact that this passage is some sort of Biblical account.

Vijay John is right – the answer is Akha, a Lolo-Burmese language spoken in Burma, China, Laos, Thailand and Vietnam.
