Can you identify the language, and do you know where it’s spoken?

I think it is Malay …?
I hear lexical tone, interdental stops/affricates, and a high central/back unrounded vowel. Not enough to guess a language, and I keep changing my mind between North America, Mainland Southeast Asia, or Oceania as a possible region. So I’m pretty lost…
This language is spoken in North America.
Wild guess: Arikara?
Not Arikara. Another clue – this language is spoken in Wyoming.
Keeping in mind that the number of languages spoken in Wyoming does not seem to exceed a handful, I’d go for Arapohe.
Rather sounds like Ho-Chunk / Winnebago……..
The language is Arapaho (Hinono’eitiit), an Algonquian language spoken in Wyoming in the USA.
