Part of the Tibeto-Burman family?
Yes, it is a Tibeto-Burman language.
I’m just gonna guess Amdo Tibetan, since it feels more Tibetan than Burman to me (not that that’s a valid distinction), and from outside the Indosphere.
The language is Dolpo, a Bodish language spoken in parts of Nepal.
