I started the blog on 26th March 2006 with three separate posts, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.omniglot.com\/bloggle\/?p=16554\">welcome to the blog<\/a> post, a post about <a href=\"https:\/\/www.omniglot.com\/bloggle\/?p=16555\">language and memory<\/a> and a post about the Spanish word <a href=\"https:\/\/www.omniglot.com\/bloggle\/?p=16555\">ringorrango<\/a>, which means a flourish or frill. At first, I tried to post as often as possible, but soon settled to a couple of posts per week, which I\u2019ve continued with ever since.
