Tiukigul was devised by Adiljan Barat as a way to write Turkish with the Korean Hangul script. He thought that Turkish should use an intensive and scientific script to differ from European writing systems. He found Hangul really suitable for it. Furthermore, some new structures were added to fit Turkish phonology.
