thought meant \u2018Kitchen River\u2019, and wondered what it had to do with kitchens. However, <strong>cegin<\/strong> also means green woodpecker or jay, and is cognate with the Breton <strong>kegin<\/strong> (jay). Or it can mean ridge or hog\u2019s back.
