{"id":10254,"date":"2014-08-02T10:23:08","date_gmt":"2014-08-02T10:23:08","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.omniglot.com\/blog\/?p=10254"},"modified":"2014-08-02T10:23:08","modified_gmt":"2014-08-02T10:23:08","slug":"sabhal-mor-ostaig-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.omniglot.com\/bloggle\/?p=10254","title":{"rendered":"Sabhal M\u00f2r Ostaig"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I&#8217;m off to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.smo.uhi.ac.uk\/en\/\">Sabhal M\u00f2r Ostaig<\/a>, the Gaelic college on the Isle of Skye, later today to do a course in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.smo.uhi.ac.uk\/en\/cursaichean\/cursaichean-goirid\/orain-ghaidhlig-04-08-2014\">Scottish Gaelic song<\/a> (<em>\u00d2rain Gh\u00e0idhlig<\/em>) with Christine Primrose. This is the third time I&#8217;ve done the course with Christine, and the fourth time I&#8217;ve been to the college &#8211; last year I was there later in August for a Gaelic song course with Mary-Ann Kennedy. <\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;m looking forward to it very much as I love singing, especially in Gaelic, and will have plenty of opportunities to speak Gaelic, and maybe other languages, while I&#8217;m there.
