Kitonyo was creatied by DJ Hipsher in 2004. It is a cypher for English.
He was inspired by reading the Lord of the Rings to create an alphabet
that looked old and could be something you would find in an ancient
manuscript or book. Originally he wrote the alphabet by hand using a thick
marker pen, but couldn't convert the handwritten letters to electronic
format so manipulated a Russian letter that was similar to the way he
was drawing it. He named the alphabet after the conlang he's worked on

- Direction of writing: left to right in horizontal lines
- Vowels are written over the consonant they follow, or over the
vowel carrier if they don't follow a consonant.
- Word are separated by a word separator symbol
