...I have taught study skills to my elementary students and have had study skills classes in college. I have even tutored study skills to vet techs. I grew up in the Christian faith and my father was an historical biblical scholar, from whom I learned a great deal regarding the various interpretations of the bible, the geography and travels of Jesus as well as his disciples.

...Those roadblocks have included cerebral palsy, Down's syndrome, selective mutism, autism, apraxia, and muscular dystrophy. I've learned how to ease some of those roadblocks. My goal is to help each child strive toward autonomy.

I am 25 years old and currently working for the Colorado Dept of Agriculture biochemistry lab. I graduated from the University of Colorado at Denver with my B.S. in Chemistry. I decided to start tutoring for several reasons; I enjoy teaching others, explaining how and why things work, to make extra money and most importantly, to help people who are struggling succeed.
