I'm currently teaching Japanese students from children to adults in language schools. I have taught both credit and non-credit courses, customized programs, and JLPT preparation. I have also taught Japanese to children from 0 to 6 years old in a Pre-school in US.

I am a friendly Japanese mom. I have 2 boys. 8 years old and 4 years old. I normally speak Japanese in the house when I talk to my boys. They speak and understand really basic Japanese. I have a junior high school teaching license in Japan. I taught PE and health education for 1 year in Japan.

...I have taught study skills to those with disabilities as well as person's receiving TANF that want to enter or re-enter the labor force. This is over a period of 35 years. I taught ESL at a private college in Japan many years ago and when I returned to the United States I taught ESL at a Community College in California.
