...Currently, I work as an ESL instructor at Bates Technical College in Tacoma. As a tutor, I very much enjoy the learning atmosphere created by being able to work one-on-one or in small groups with students. This dynamic allows each student to give more input and direction to individual study sessions that might not be possible in a large classroom setting.
