...This is the greatest method for me. Groups offer me the most challenging experience because the goal is more difficult and the results are more satisfying. I have been working as a teacher since 2009.

...I believe that once there is a foundation of trust and a desire to learn established in the student, any subject can become easier to master. I focus just as much on how the person feels about the subject at hand as I do on the subject itself. I can bring in outside materials or I can work solely with the textbooks given me by the student.

...My minor was in Linguistics. I scored a 760 on the GRE (out of 800) and consistently score high on the verbal portions of standardized tests. I have taught high school English (American literature). I have taken education classes, one of which was a required course in incorporating reading throughout a curriculum.
