...I have seen the best teachers use methods that would encourage students, make them appreciate the subject and want to know more about it. I have never enjoyed, during my time in Elementary, being talked down to by anyone assisting me. For this reason, I try to see the student as an equal who is learning, and does not need to be talked down too.
