...I saw these students improve in skill and confidence as many who struggled to write a single sentence when they began gained the ability to produce weekly multi-paragraph essays. I also prepared students within the organization and on my own for the SAT and for their college applications. My experience working with at-risk youth has prepared me to get the most out of a variety of students.
