...I have taught French and Spanish at the Middle and high school level for about 5 years and then I decided to go to the higher education. For the last three years Now, I have been an instructor at Quincy College teaching French and Arabic and loving every minute of it. However, if your child is a 3rd or 4th grader struggling in reading, writing, comprehension, fluency, vocabulary, grammar, etc., and math I can offer remediation that can get him/her on grade level. Phonics is simply the association of letter recognition and the speech sounds they represent.
