...For me, there is great joy in being able to select precisely the correct word for your meaning, in such a way as to make yourself absolutely clear. I think a lot of vocabulary can be gained through practical approaches (reading) with review through games and activities. Most native English speakers never really stop to consider how and why we put sentences together the way we do.
