...While in college, I have studied French and Latin. After I moved to the US, I learned Korean and Spanish. While my passion is to continue learning different languages, I love to share the Japanese culture and language with people from different cultures.

...I have taught high school math for total of 8 years, and prior to teaching, I was a data processing analyst for 20 years. I believe that the amount of learning that takes place is proportional to the genuine desire of the student to succeed. If there is sincere desire to learn we can together achieve wonderful success.

...I tutor best when I have an organized plan and my student is prepared for each session so that we can progress. However, I'm not strict; I just want the student learning and advancing so that they can excel with the language and if they enroll in Japanese classes at high school or university. The speed should be comfortable and there should be enough time to use and practice what is learned.
