...I was called "Dr. Wei" affectionately by students and parents, a respect earned not just on my advanced degree, but by helping students get better and enjoy mathematics. I believe that each student is different, and when I first meet him/her, my first task is to identify his strength and weakness in the subject.

I think the first step in successful tutoring is to get to know the student, so that I can present material in a way particular to the interests of each student.
