In the modern era of anti-money-laundering regulation it is no longer a straightforward exercise to open a bank account. Where we act as directors and control the administration of the client company bank account, we can open bank accounts relatively quickly in various offshore banking centres, subject to receipt of the appropriate due diligence documentation.
