Portland City was founded on February 8, 1851. It is located at the union of the Willamette and Columbia rivers in the state of Oregon in the US. Portland 's diverse array of artists and arts organizations and its legacy of gardens and open spaces have made it one of the country's hottest travel destinations. The PortlandArt Museum owns the city's largest art collection and presents a range of touring exhibitions each year. The JapaneseGarden This Garden was founded as a nonprofit organization in 1962 and its individuality is reflected in five formal garden styles rested on five and one-half acres: the StrollingPondGarden, the NaturalGarden, the Sand and StoneGarden, the FlatGarden and the Tea Garden. Among the gardens, there's a eye-catching and very realistic waterfall and on the third Saturday of each of the summer months, there's a demonstration of the Japanese tea ceremony in the garden's tea house.
The International RoseTestGarden
The garden provide the spectacular views of more than 8,000 roses and is the only international rose test garden which still receives roses from around the world to be tested. The PeninsulaPark Rose Garden
