...Before my arrival to USA I used to teach English to students of other language. I worked for a Middle School teaching ESOL to 7th, 8th and 9th grades using the lesson plans and curriculum implemented in this field. Now that I am a US legal resident, this country has opened doors for me to widen my teaching experience in early childhood, being a V-PK instructor.

...In all the subjects, I like to "accentuate the positive": how many new words or math facts the student has learned so far, not how many he or she missed today. Using positive numbers is just as accurate and is much more motivating. I believe I have some personal qualities that an elementary tutor needs.
