...My husband and I moved to Arizona in March 2011 after he was transferred and promoted by his company. I decided to offer my services as a tutor, and am excited and enthusiastic to help you discover and master the French language and culture. I was born and raised in Mexico. I have a degree in Journalism, and I also worked in Mexico as a reporter and news anchor. While I worked in the media, I also taught at several colleges, including: Universidad Iberoamericana de la Laguna, ISCYTAC Laguna, Universidad del Noroeste, Universidad Kino and Instituto Tecnológico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) - Campus Sonora Norte.

I have been teaching foreign language for over 20 years to students ranging from preschool to adult. I currently teach several different levels of Spanish at a high school in the valley. I have experience using a variety of teaching methods in order for a student to be successful in a foreign language.

...Once a week, I spent three hours leading my class of first-graders in homework, creative projects, and teamwork. Also during college, I taught ESL classes to Chinese immigrants. Because I am fluent in Mandarin, this provided me with a great opportunity to connect with my own heritage while practicing my teaching skills and helping new residents adjust to the U.S.
