...Learning Chinese is not as hard as people think. In my opinion, there are mainly two ways to learn Chinese: extensive and intensive learning. Extensive learning is good for people who just want to know enough Chinese for certain serviceable purposes, such as business trips, traveling plans, or just for fun.

...I took five semesters of French at UC Berkeley (French 1,2,3,4 and a conversational French class), receiving A's for all. I studied in Paris for a year after graduating from UC Berkeley and had the opportunity to improve my French even more. ...After I graduated in 2007, I continued to work for Tarleton State University as a computer programmer for 3 years. In 2011, I did a two-year internship in China and worked with a tourism company, while also building a website and studying Chinese.
