...Previously, I volunteered as a teaching assistant at a middle school in Hartford, Connecticut, where I worked in a biology classroom. I helped students complete their coursework and study for their tests. At UCSC, I help my fellow students prepare for exams by running informal study sessions.

...They didn't appreciate what I did at the time, but now they are still saying, "Thank you for helping me with my French, sister!"
It wasn't that difficult at all to help them because I liked it. So, I believe we can do a lot of things just by being motivated. My English is fairly good and I think we can do it!

...Respect and honesty are important. I have two children one girl and one boy and I will note I have two smart grand kids (11 and 7) who are bilingual in German and French. I teach them English when they visit me.
