...In the classroom setting there is always a push to complete certain tasks before the bell rings. However, tutoring students after school (one on one or in small groups) provides a more relaxed atmosphere where I can really target individual needs. It has also been a rewarding experience because I get to bond with my students and create friendships with them as well as their parents.
