...I am currently in my 7th year of teaching special needs students. Previous to my current position as a special needs teacher, I taught talented and gifted 2nd and 3rd graders for three years; I have a strong understanding of the teaching and learning spectrum and the wide range of student abilities. My educational training is in students with learning disabilities.

...Reading Comprehension, Essay Writing, and Math are common to these high school admissions tests and the SAT. Sentence completions, verbal analogies and synonyms are tested on one or both of these earlier tests, but not oi the current version of the SAT. However, these question types WERE part of the SAT when I first started teaching, so I know all about them, and how to teach them.

I've acted (in commercials at a young age, on University stages), written and directed for the stage.
