...I go over basic grammar rules in the beginning with the students, and the older the student is, I teach more complicated grammar rules. I teach the structure of essay writing, how to write effectively, how to communicate with the reader, and how to be expressive. Other areas in which the student is struggling in writing, I do whatever I can to help the student see what he/she is doing wrong.
