...Oftentimes, editing can be the best teacher because it's easier to see other people's mistakes than our own! There is a lot to learn when it comes to English grammar, but I got most of it down and I'm happy to help anyone who is needing help learning it or simply editing writing projects. I have been studying and learning Spanish since I was a young kid.

...Spelling is developmental and you must first be able to hear the sounds of the language to become proficient in spelling. It is my belief that if you have or develop phonological awareness, then you can become a good speller. I have earned an M.A. in Education and taught in the Public School System for 23 years.

...In my senior year, I was honored with the title of San Diego Idol (2002), a spin-off of American Idol, to which I was awarded time in a recording studio and an audition with American Idol. As an undergraduate at UCSD, I joined gospel choir and an all-female a cappella group. In my sophomore year, I pursued singing and dancing with a production company in Japan.
