...I found that the key to success was being organized, devoting time to pre-reading before class, doing enough book practice problems, working problems out on a dry erase board, and color coding notes for certain reactions and descriptions. Cramming for Organic might result in a good grade for that test, but as the semester moves on, it simply wont work. Not to mention 2nd semester.
