...Charlie passed with a solid B in the course. I most like to work one on one with individuals. First, I ensure that the student understands the basic principles of the topic at hand, then I coach them to think their own way through how to apply those principles to a specific problem.

...Drawing is possible and delightful for everyone! For the past few years I have been teaching drawing and watercolor to grades 2-9. I have found that all students can learn some basic principles of drawing which will help them to take joy and satisfaction in their art.

Reading is the key to life and writing is the outcome. As a 6th grade and 8th grade English, Language Arts, and Reading teacher I focused on reading and writing workshops that combined the skills. I focus on comprehension skills, literacy skills, writing skills, and reading fluency skills.

I decided to go per-med at Austin College after finishing my degree in Liberal Studies at the University of Maine Augusta, where I concentrated in literature. I have lived in or traveled through most of Europe and Central America to include the Caribbean. During high school I was a part of several state championship teams in track and football.
