I am a youthful high school Latin teacher. I have been tutoring both Latin & Math to high school students for the past six years. I hold a teaching certificate for Latin, Mathematics, and English, and I am in the finishing stages of my master's program at Villanova.

I have tutored middle school, high school and college students in Spanish. I use a variety of teaching methods to ensure that the student will feel at ease and be actively engaged in learning. Students will gain confidence in speaking, writing, reading and listening to Spanish.

...While learning is a serious business, I believe it is also important to have fun in the process, so I try to integrate games, songs, and the like into my lessons where appropriate. I am interested in tutoring middle school, high school, college, and adult students. I began attending law school last fall and can also tutor for the LSAT.

I was a linguistics major at Cornell (BA 1976) and was trained by SIL in phonetics and field methods to be able to pronounce analyze and make a written system for an unwritten language. I then used this training in Ghana with SIL for 20 years with the Achoday (Gikyode) people.
