...You can't communicate effectively without it, but TESOL students--as well as native English speakers--struggle more with grammar than anything else in English. Grammar is a highway for ideas, and when the highway is blocked, the ideas stall. My job is to help students express their ideas, so they can speak and write without fear.Grammar is the ugly duckling of language.
