(a) To upgrade transport network a spur motorway is to be build.

(b) New branches of Heathrow Express and the underground's Piccadilly Line will connect to the new Heathrow Terminal 5.

(c) British Airways has proposed a full-length runway to be built at the Heathrow Airport.

(d) A sixth terminal is also on the cards to accompany the new runway.

(e) To raise the total capacity of passenger movements has been planned to increase to 115 million per years
