...I have been homeschooling my children for the last 4 years. Prior to that, I worked as a public school teacher. I have taught all subject areas from preschool to 8th grade.

I received numerous other awards throughout my years in high school. In college I played with the Baytown Symphony Orchestra as well as the Texas A & M University Symphonic Band.
